The rehabilitation concept was based on the removal of parasitic elements, restoring the original elements preserved and enhancement of the historical substance in contrast with the new elements will be dealt with in a manner both contemporary as form as well as technical achievement.
The destination of the building was changed from a hotel unit into an office building.
The realized construction works within this investment were woodwork and stone restoration, supporting structure rehabilitation, interior and exterior design. The building has 4 floors, B+GF+1S+A, with a built area of 1,374 sqm.
The building will serve as headquarters for BT Asset Management and BT Private Banking.
